PLATELETS RICH PLASMA(PRP)

The research was carried out to asses the effectiveness of PRP in the therapy of infertile woman with a thin endometrium (<7mm)told the ivf doctors.When a subject is undergoing in vitro  fertilization with poor endometrium response still have the endometrium which is less then seven mil limiters after standerd hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and had to cancelled the embryo-transfer cycle.Then intra uterine infusion of PRP was performed. PRP was well prepared from autologous blood through centrifugation  and 0.5-1 ml of PRP was injected into the uterine cavity in the tenth day of HRT cycle. If endometrial thickness failed to increase 72 hours later. PRP infusion was done 1-2 time in each cycle, Euspension and pregnency were observed in the patient after Prp infusion. 

Intrauterine PRP infusion represent a new method for thin endometrium with poor responses. It was reported a platelets rich plasma was ablw to promote the endometrium   growth and improve pregnancy out come a patients with a their endometrium
